If you've yet to visit the 1000 Steps in Melbourne, then I would highly suggest you get fit before you do.

I woke up one fine Melbourne day and decided I wanted to conquer the 1000 Steps in the Dandenong Ranges. Also known as the Kokoda Memorial Trail, the 1000 Steps is a treacherous uphill journey for majorly unfit humans like myself.

Enjoy this Vlog because it's the first and last time I will be doing the 1000 Steps considering I injured myself (watch in video) and came to conclude that getting fit is just a terrible idea.

I'm Tina, an Aussie travel and parenting Vlogger and self-proclaimed comedian because I'm probably the only person who thinks I'm hilarious. My weekly Melbourne On Mat Leave videos aim to inspire parents to get outdoors and explore with their little ones in and around Melbourne, because I know from first hand how batsh*t cray kids can make you when you're home.

I want to show parents that you don't have to give up on the things you love and are passionate about, you don't have to cater every outing you make to suit the kids. Do the sh*t you love, do it more and show your kids while you're at it.
